Took forever (which seems consistent with the other reviews) + seemed to want to use tweazers to get the hairs she missed (of which there was a lot). The combination of this meant that it was the most painful wax of my life (and I've had A LOT). I was in so much pain that I had floods of tears & had to ask her to stop, so now I still have a patch of hair. Despite all this Sara was really very lovely, but tbh that is not enough to make up for the rest of the experience.

Had a lovely experience today! I had the least painful wax I’ve ever had and I had HD brows done and they look amazing.
