I didn’t end up getting the waxing done. I was early and popped in to let them know I was there only to be told the therapist wasn’t there, and that she wouldn’t be for two hours. My appointment was booked for 16:00, I was there at 15:40. I’m glad I didn’t choose to prepay the booking, as I’m unsure if I would have got a refund in all honesty. One star has been added so this review could be posted, I cannot rate it as they did not keep my appointment.

The waxist was really nice and used very decent wax. However I thought the wax could have been a little more methodical rather than going over what seemed like random patches and different parts and then coming back to it again. I think this approach caused irritation to the skin; although the final result was very clean and tidy.

this is actually in a completely different location as stated. its actually now called le petit spa and is a 10 min walk from this location. still happy with treatment though

It's a small place but staff is very friendly. Treatment is done quickly and efficiently - if they took just a bit more time and care I would award 5 stars. Will come back.
