About
Hi, my name is Natalie. I am a massage therapist, Usui and Rainbow Reiki master and teacher and have a BSc in Cognitive Neuroscience from the University of Sussex. Along with raising my children, I lead an active life including running, HIIT workouts, Charleston dancing and growing fruit and veg in my garden. I have a love for rhythm and music and can frequently be found in the healing fields of music festivals around the UK. I am a member and insured under the Federation of Holistic Therapists. My massage style focuses on alleviating pain, stiffness and muscular aches. I combine deep tissue techniques with relaxing movements to provide an effective while soothing treatment. I have a wide repertoire of techniques which can be applied at a pressure to suit each individual. As an intuitive and energy worker, when requested, I combine these abilities with Reiki to assist in healing and transformation across all energetic fields. Committed to offering holistic care and support, I have been privileged to gain experience as a volunteer massage therapist with Martlets hospice in Hove. Providing compassionate care with relaxing massage during challenging times. I offer a variety of massage treatments including: Deep Tissue, Swedish, Holistic, Facial Rejuvenation, Hot Stone, Seated and Thai foot massage. I also offer Reiki and energy work as a standalone treatment.
