There was a mix up with my appointment but Shelley was extremely accommodating and saw me right away. She's really lovely and makes you feel totally at ease. It was a totally pain free wax..we spent the entire time chatting. Best wax I've ever had!

I was just introduced to the AMAZING DMK skin care range by Shelley, who gave me a rejuvenating and relaxing Enzyme therapy facial. I can already see the results and would highly recommend the treatment to anyone! I have problematic / sensitive skin, particularly in the colder months here in London, but Shelley took the time to listen to my concerns and establish the best treatment for me.
