I booked a swedish massage but it was more like a thai yoga massage, lots of stretching, pulling, rocking etc which is fine but I wish they'd told me before as I was a bit caught off guard and found it hard to relax. I felt quite exposed which I didn't like. However the therapist was clearly very talented and my aches and pains have improved a lot, I think there should just be more communication before the massage starts.
