deep tissue massage was amazing with Joana! really did the job I felt so refreshed afterwards, she was fantastic. The table was so comfortable too, it's heated and adjustable head rest so you feel like you are just melting into it.

I booked a swedish massage but it was more like a thai yoga massage, lots of stretching, pulling, rocking etc which is fine but I wish they'd told me before as I was a bit caught off guard and found it hard to relax. I felt quite exposed which I didn't like. However the therapist was clearly very talented and my aches and pains have improved a lot, I think there should just be more communication before the massage starts.
