Great place for facials. Palmira is incredibly knowledgeable about skin and skincare. I first came here in 2018 and it’s been 5 years- I have just kept coming back and not looked elsewhere.
The place is clean and comfortable. Therapists have always done their best to make their clients feel comfortable.
I hope new clients reading reviews will study the reviews from many of their regular, old clients. Waterlily has always been consistent and amazing, and of course, there could be an odd time or two whereby customers complain, but I truly believe given the good nature and down to earth personalities of Palmira and Charissa, they will endeavour to make it right.
I got a treatment done and I was very satisfied with how radiant my face looked. Hence why I only book with Water Lilly from now on! I love how professional they are with their service! Thank you for always making me look and feel my best :)
