Great place for facials. Palmira is incredibly knowledgeable about skin and skincare. I first came here in 2018 and it’s been 5 years- I have just kept coming back and not looked elsewhere.
The place is clean and comfortable. Therapists have always done their best to make their clients feel comfortable.
I hope new clients reading reviews will study the reviews from many of their regular, old clients. Waterlily has always been consistent and amazing, and of course, there could be an odd time or two whereby customers complain, but I truly believe given the good nature and down to earth personalities of Palmira and Charissa, they will endeavour to make it right.
One of the best facials I’ve ever had with surprisingly short downtime. Charissa customised the treatment to different areas of my difficult, acne prone skin, combining microdermabrasion, blue/red light therapy and some high quality products. Charissa’s dermatological knowledge is impressive. I’m particularly pleased with the cleanliness of the place and high levels of hygiene maintained during the treatment - so important with more invasive facials. I’ve been given very good product recommendations too.
