The salon was clean and welcoming, great ambience and Palmira was so knowledgeable and friendly. Going for a wax is always a little bit awkward, but the staff at Waterlily make it almost a pleasant experience! Definitely recommended.

Best massage I have ever had. It was really warm and calming in the treatment room, and the massage itself was fantastic, clarissa was really attentive and even took the trouble to warm the towels and the pillow so that the whole experience was pure heaven. I am definitely going to go back regularly.

I had booked an appointment for a Wednesday but wanted to change it to a the day before. On the Monday I was passing the salon so popped in to see if I could change it, I was offered to have the treatment done there and then which was perfect and very accommodating.
The eyebrow tint and shape was great, I was really pleased with the result. I also had an eyelash tint which I had never had done before but think I'll definitely do again! The lady who did my treatment was very friendly and professional and I will definitely go back again.
