I'm usually really happy with the waxing here but on this occasion it was much more painful than normal and rather uncomfortable - I've always been happy in the past so have my fingers crossed this was a one off

The massage was very gentle. Unfortunately it finished 10 minutes earlier than scheduled and I felt awkward having to point that out. I also got quite a sore forehead as the massage was face down for the duration.

I've come here a couple of times now for massages, the staff & service is always great. My only criticism is that if anyone walks in up stairs & starts talking loudly you can hear it from the massage room however they do try & prevent this as much as possible.
