I booked an appointment and then needed to cancel. I emailed the salon straight away. I then called on the day to check they had received my message. Of course they had not. It is frustrating when businesses provide an email address that is not checked. Much better to not have one advertised to avoid problems such as this.

A really excellent massage for sorting out specific problem areas. Slightly strange layout with curtains rather than walls dividing cubicles which meant you could hear the person next to you having their treatment. Definitely worth it if you want a massage for aches and pains but not the most luxurious environment if you're looking for a spa style experience.
