Nice pleasant space, friendly staff. The treatment itself was good. It was my first reflexology session, so I can't compare it to others, but I enjoyed it and by the end of it the therapist was able to tell me that she identified me having stomach aches and a tense lower back, which I found impressive.

The wax took over an hour! I've never had one that has taken so long. I am very sensitive and if it takes too long it just gets more and more sensitive.

I had the infrared sauna therapy. I felt so relaxed afterwards and could feel a difference in my wellbeing. The staff were fantastic and very attentive. Will definitely come back for more
