The salon is located on the main stretch in Dalston which is very handy for me. I have been once before and was impressed with the service so opted to come again. I opted for a hot wax and the person who waxed me that day was very thorough. I find the space very relaxing and the staff to be lovely and chatty. I love this salon and would definitely recommend to others.
Hollywood Waxing
Lovely little spot in Dalston! Staff is absolutely flawless - super nice, make you feel welcome and at ease. Went for a Brazilian and Clarissa was lovely - no room for feeling awkward or uncomfortable because she was great throughout the entire process! The waxing is done downstairs and the room is separated by curtains (so no actual room) - I did feel a bit weird in the beginning about it. But it was clean & she did a good job - after all, you're paying to get your intimates waxed, not for a fancy room with TV & pretty decor.
I actually went back an hour later to get a Gelish manicure - they did an amazing job, very very thorough and my nails look fabulous. The express manicure is very reasonably priced, so will definitely make this my local!
The staff are very friendly. I arrived slightly late and frazzled but they relaxed me and were very courteous and soothing.
My massage was with Clarissa (I had aromatherapy) and it was probably the best massage I've ever had. I have regular massages due to back problems and shop around for deals all the time. I've therefore been to many different places and experienced many different types of massage - I often find the big, swanky expensive salons have the least quality in terms of the actual massage, despite fancy surroundings and polite staff. It was a nice surprise as you never know what you're going to get!

All treatments I've had have been of an excellent standard, consistently, and are really good value. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable about the fantastic range of products that they stock. They don't try and push anything on to me but will give me professional advice on how to look after my skin better if I ask. They treat you like a client, not just a customer. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
This is the most thorough wax I have ever had. Clarissa was fantastic, very considerate and thorough. Any hairs she could not wax off, she painstakingly tweeze red. Most bang for my buck Iv had from waxes. Highly recommend!
