The overall experience was nice, clean, friendly place, the lady barely spoke English which caused a bit a ot difficulty. Also, she didn't rip the wax off quick enough, in one go, which resulted in more, unnecessary pain.

Friendly staff and a good deep tissue massage- the therapist was very firm but managed to relieve a lots of knots.
