Lovely staff, always make me feel at ease and make me laugh. I had the infrared sauna but in a blanket as the shower wasn't working to be able to use the upright sauna, but I actually preferred it and I was laying down and felt more relaxed. It was also more pleasant to breathe as your head isn't exposed to the heat. I sweated loads and felt great for the next few days, even felt lighter and slimmer.

LOVED the massage, not sure about ambiance. A lot of the beauty parlours just have a curtain separating the masseuse room from everything, so it can get quite noisy & you feel boxed-in within a tiny space, but the massage itself I can't fault. The masseuse too was lovely & even let me nod off during the massage while she carried on :)

Carissa was incredible. I was a bit late and she still made up for the time I would have normally lost which wasn't even her fault. The holistic massage I went for was super relaxing and I'm definitely going to go back on a monthly basis.
