I go here regularly for a wax and never have any complaints but unfortunately this time they were running really late - left me sitting waiting for 40mins - then it all seemed very rushed. The therapist was very friendly and seemed very good but I went home with lots of wax remnants on me and a few rogue hairs which I wouldn't normally expect.

The premises is pretty basic but the treatment room was very clean and relaxing. The therapist Charisma was excellent and the reflex ology was one of the best I have had. She also identified some issues and gave advice on how to manage them.
I will definitely be back, and soon!

Lovely lady and the salon was quite easy to find although I thought I had booked an hour and fifteen minutes for an intense treatment but it seem to be just a normal maintenance Caci which is just the basic moves and nothing special but as I booked with Treatwell it was discounted by £10 so I paid £45 I would want more of an intense treatment for the eyes and cheeks for £55 and this was just a quick average caci with no special attention to my areas of concern. I did call the clinic to query the session before I went for the appointment and spoke to someone who said it was an intense session and she said she didn't know why it was marked as a maintenance session on the system when I got my confirmation but I obviously spoke to someone who wasn't sure as my treatment was very basic and far from intense on my areas of concern.
