Charissa was wonderful, very friendly and a very good massage therapist. The salon was nice and clean. Palmira, the manager, was also friendly and helpful. I would definitely use Waterlily again.

Had two appointments booked one dor myself one for my mother. They were able to move the appointments to the same time which was great. Very friendly staff had a little chat and giggle throughout the the entire visit.
Venue is clean even with renovations going on. Would highly recommend

I had a wax but a lovely lady who made it as painless as possible. I've been going to this salon for waxing for sometime now and really happy. I'm going to try some of their other services soon as well. I'm very fussy and have tried countless different salons but definitely impressed by Waterlily

Really good massage but the salon has recently been renovated and it didn't look quite finished. The smell of fresh paint was really strong too. Overall still a really decent and professional massage, but the ambiance of the place could use some work.
