I regularly visit Waterlily for various treatments and am always very satisfied with the services they offer. The staff are welcoming and whether it's a facial, wax or massage - all treatments are carried out with expertise and knowledge. Would highly recommend them. After receiving the Environ facial I have now begun to use the Enivron products they recommended and my skin has improved dramatically.

Have previously been here before, and will go again once their renovations have been completed. Gel nails were brilliantly done. Pity the ambience wasnt quite as before due to ongoing building. Look forward to seeing their clinic up and running again

Different lady did the waxing again which is a shame as it seems to be a diff person each time so there's not consistency in how the do the wax. Usually it's spot on but have to say there was several hairs left and the back not done to my liking after closer inspection.

Really good service and value for money. I was early and they squeezed me in. The only thing is that they did my nails on a treatment bed and not on a table since they were getting the bottom floor refurbed but other than that it was great.
