Staff were pleasant but there was noise from other activity on the premises which interfered with the relaxing atmosphere. The massage was good but I was not given an opportunity to talk with the masseuse before the massage to talk about the treatment, what was involved or if I had any medical history or concerns. The massage table itself I found very uncomfortable but that may be personal to me.

Monika has been focused throughout the treatment. She is very precise and also have excellent communication skills. My nails have been perfectly looked after and the hydratation treatment deeply moisturised my hand. I am delighted!
