I was 5 minutes late to my treatment and on arrival I wasn't warmly welcomed, i was swiftly taken downstairs to the treatment room and told that we might have to finish treatment early because her next treatment was exactly 1 hour after mine i thought fair enough, its my fault that i'm late. however i felt customer service was not of high standards and i did not feel welcome at all. The reception are is also very small and looks very dated.
the massage was too rough for me, and worst of all, it was impossible to relax because the door to the room was left open in order to hear the calming music, however you could hear EVERYTHING from conversations going outside the room, it seemed like 3 ladies were getting trained on some beauty treatments. The room was just not soundproof at all and the room didn't have dimmed lighting or a nice relaxing smell or candle which you often find in massage rooms. The masseuse did apologise for the noise, but it's just not somewhere i'd go back to - i left more stressed and annoyed than when i went in. I do not recommend this place for a massage.
Had a great experience as always at Waterlily. The girls are lovely, professional, quick and efficient. I didn't have to wait and was out in no time! Highly recommend!
