This was my third time to the salon and I really liked the previous waxes I received. On this trip I found the therapist and wax was good BUT the therapist did what I HATE - she double dipped (i.e, she used the same stick for the wax throughout the whole treatment. Hygienically, this is a complete no-no and the stick should not be put back in the wax once it has being used on a person).
I would like to use Waterlily again but I feel that I would need to be assured that this would not happen again.
