Overall, it was okay. The location was tiny and cramped, so it wasn't very welcoming. My technician was nice but not overly friendly and did quite a lazy job - more than half my nails were left with jagged edges and I don't think I was given proper time to dry the nails. Within 24 hours they were all chipped. I know not doing fake nails means it lasts less, but it should last more than a day. Additionally, the technician said it was long lasting and encouraged me to pick it.

The massage was lovely. The girl paid great attention to my shoulders after she noted that I had a lot of tension and knots there. It was relaxing overall. The space is very small but lying there in the dark it doesn't really matter.

The venue is very compact - most of the treatment rooms are in the basement. They're quite cozy, but comfortable. Not entirely sound-proof, but the soothing music helps to relax. The rooms are very clean and warm, I felt I could relax easily. And my treatment was fantastic - I had Indian head massage and it was just the right combination of soothing and relaxing. Will definitely go back!
