Really disappointed, the therapist seem to have very little knowledge of massage, there were no medical questions and the massage itself was very light pressure, lacked technique and kept randomly changing from back massage to head then back again. In terms of ambience the therapist decided to leave the door to the room open which can make you feel a bit uncomfortable when your lying on your front with hardly any clothes on! Will not be going back.

The place is clean & the therapist was really nice.
However, the facial was very basic, I didn't notice any difference afterwards or during.
I had second treatment which was mediocre too. It's a shame as the place is lovely, the stuff is nice & the location is great.

The last time I visited Water Lily the massage was amazing but the room was cold and so was the oil...I was very pleased that this time not only was the room warm but so was the oil...a fantastic massage!
