It was pretty good, but I needed far more effort made on my stiff muscles. When I asked her to do this, she agreed and literally did it harder for one minute then went back to weak strokes that didn't have any real impact. Also, even though I was wearing a hoodie and leggings, said she'd give me chance to undress and be back in a couple of minutes, it was 8 minutes later so I lost that massage time. Good for the price but didn't do what I needed it to.
