I had a massage, manicure and pedicure. The experience was great. Charissa gave me my massage, she was very experienced and asked how I wanted it and adapted. Melise did my nails, she was amazing extremely through and very detailed. Great experience, and made me feel welcomed. Thank you for making me have a great bday treat worthwhile.

I was very disappointed. It was definitely not worth the money I paid. I've been before and I would say, go for the more expensive treatments, they're much better. Although their descriptions have changed so I can't say which one. Also, I was utterly gobsmacked how one beautician spoken to another. It was appalling, I felt very sorry for her. The woman apologised to me as she said I looked stressed but, she spoke to her with zero kindness and respect. Anyway, as for the facial itself, definitely wasnt worth the money I paid.
