I really enjoyed the massage I had at Waterlilly. It was relaxing and the massuse was friendly. The overall ambience was nice. If you're looking for somewhere local for a make do massage this is your place but it you're looking for something more luxurious, I wouldn't recommend this place. It's quite small and a make do set up.

I'm sad to say that I had a somewhat awful massage leaving me to question why I paid for relaxation and left in pain. I chose the aromatherapy massage as it is the most gentle and having had them in the past and loved every minute of them...this was the complete opposite. I rang to speak to someone about this and I must say the lady I spoke to was absolutely lovely and did follow this up with her manager and got back to me straight away which is much appreciated...but...I was just offered another massage for £35 from the manager. Considering I could get one for £40 anyway, and given the pain I'm (still) in...this is a bit of a joke! I really hate giving bad reviews but I don't feel I have much choice...
