The clinic isn't that nice when you first enter, it's small and needs updating. I didn't really enjoy my massage at all, the whole time my head was being massaged my hair was pulled a lot, it felt like more oil was needed and the masseuse used too much pressure. I felt uncomfortable and not relaxed, I thought it might get better but actually couldn't wait for it to be over, which is never how I usually feel during a massage. I could also hear the people in the next room so I couldn't switch off properly. All in all it wasn't a very pleasant experience which was a shame as I was really looking forward to the treatment after a long week.

Have visited several times before and always had a great experience. Unfortunately they seem to have had a bad day on my last visit. There was a mix up with the rooms, so I was moved from the usual room to another one which hadn't been prepared and clearly wasn't equipped for massages and was unfortunately rather messy and unclean. Difficult to relax and enjoy the massage after all the waiting and getting moved around which was a shame.
