The treatment was far more relaxing than I had expected. And Palmira was full of amazing advice on my skin and was lovely and welcoming. The atmosphere was peaceful and I left feeling very at ease.

My pedicure and manicure have lasted well and there's a good choice of colours. The therapist was thorough and not chatty (not a bad thing!). It's pretty no frills but good for the price. There's a steep spiral staircase to get to the treatment room downstairs for those who have accessibility issues.

Staff treating me tried to upsell a couple of things but was not pushy and was gracious when I declined. Facial was lovely, only tip would be to dim the lights to make it slightly less bright in the room and more relaxing. Otherwise a fantastic facial.
