The first half of the facial was well done with a very thorough extraction. However, the second half of the facial where I should have had a face mask was not done and I could hear her sitting behind me doing nothing for the whole time. I left with a very red face due to the extraction and I felt that the face mask would have helped a lot with this. Very disappointed.
