Attention to details was great but it wasn't the most painless wax I ever received! The room I was in was a bit small so the therapist had difficulty moving around.

The facial I received at Waterlily was professional, thorough and left my skin in much better shape. Paloma is wonderful and seems very experienced! She happily discussed my skin and what treatments would be best in the future, which was done at my request. The salon is no frills as they've focused more on the products/equipment and cleanliness, which is absolutely fine by me. I will definitely be back!
