Charissa was absolutely amazing, best experience I’ve ever had in a beauty clinic. She was so genuine that I felt like I was talking to a friend. That was the customer service alone, the treatment was just as brilliant. My skin was pretty congested and she did a fantastic job with the extractions, again one of the best facials I’ve ever had and I’ve tried many. You have now got a loyal customer, and I will be making regular trips. Thank you again! (just a heads up, the lady at the reception was pretty cold and I genuinely thought my facial was going to be the same experience, I’m so glad it wasn’t!)
