It seems that there is a shortage of staff and I got the sense that their staff might be over working. The massage was OK, and the place was clean and nice but I could feel some organisational tension going on. The lady who gave me the massage had an issue with her hand and I felt bad about carrying on with the treatment. I offered to postpone it but she didn't want to. I hope they start taking better care of themselves/their staff.
