Lovely massage but the only issue is it can be noisy as the therapist insisted on having the door of the treatment room open. I also felt slightly uncomfortable that the door was open while there were customers just outside and people walking past, so not the most relaxing.

No massage in the pedicure (as described on website), extraction facial was focused very much on nose area - I wasn’t asked what my skin was like or what I struggle with (oily, dry etc), and felt like way over half of it I was lying with a mask on, as opposed to receiving treatment. I was also left in there with the door open.
Gel nails were good! A fairly underwhelming experience overall.

the place itself is not fancy or anything, but the staff is great, they even changed my appointment and were very understanding. I had a pedicure with Martina which was very thorough and did a great job in satisfying all my requests, which I really appreciated. Polish application needs improvement but overall very satisfied .
