The salon was small and felt a bit shabby but it was the staff that I felt were rude. The wax itself was quite brutal!

I am a regular user although I have not visited for some months. However in the last month I have had a couple of African Rungu massages and Charissa has definitely not lost her touch. I cannot recommend this lady enough. Please try her and I guarantee you will return time and again for more. She is also a lovely person.
(No disrespect to the other therapists but I have only ever had Charissa and I am more than satisfied so prefer not to change).
