The clinic is nice and the staff is friendly but I will never booked again a Deep Cleansing Facials at Waterlily Beauty Clinic. It was the first time I booked this treatment there, but I have done it several times in different venues. Here are the reasons of my fairly low rate: firstly the breath of the lady I got assigned smelled of cigarette and I didn't find it really pleasant as her face was pretty close to my nose; secondly when I asked her to stop squeezing my nose so hard as it was hurting too much she refused to stop saying it needed to be done in order to have a deep clean. I agree, sometime you need to suffer but if I ask twice to stop, I would like to take my request into consideration. As I result of this deep cleaning I had a small bruise on my nose for a week.
A part from this unpleasant experience, on their defense I saw a lady having a manicure and I think they were doing a good job.
You could give it a go, but avoid deep cleaning facials!
