had an extremely thorough facial - could have been gentler on my face in some parts, hence why 4*, although my skin feels incredibly now and got rid of all problem areas, so overall I'm satisfied and will go back !

I have had various types of massage, on numerous occasions, delivered by the lovely Charissa. They have all been fantastic but my recent holistic massage (not had one of those before) was superb. Never thought Charissa could be any better but she surpassed herself. I was having major problems with my shoulders and after her workout (no other word for it) movement is much better and soreness has virtually disappeared. I cannot praise this lady enough. Fantastic Therapist and a lovely person.

Charissa was really friendly and professional, made me feel at ease. The massage itself was a little too hard but I had a lot of knots. Felt great afterwards.

Overall experience was cold and in-personal. Therapist did nothing to make me feel at ease or relaxed, came across unfriendly. Wax was done in a matter of minutes and I was out the door again.
