More attention and care is needed towards both the customer, and the ambience and cleanliness of the venue. Did not enjoy this at all - as much as one can ever expect to enjoy Brazilian waxing. Would not recommend. I have had a massage here before and it was a much better experience - not excellent but certainly okay to good. It seems things have gone downhill since then.
