Waterlily was tacky with loads of advertisements around the salon and the employees trying to upsell services. The place itself was dirty (hair on the floor ect) and the employee that provided my service had a strong unpleasant odour. I hate to write that, but my experience was awful and I'd not recommend the place.
The manicurist Oshan was generally very friendly and pleasant and so I am a bit sad having to write a bad review. The colour selection was good for a beauty clinic but that's about it. The paint is all over my cuticles so doesn't look neat and I don't really think it will last long either. When I pointed it out I have been told this is because I haven't had a full manicure with them. However I often just have shape and polish and it's always fine so no, I am afraid it is because you panted all over my skin with too much polish :-( And then seeing I wasn't happy with it the manicurist proceeding scraping bits of the set and dry shellac off my skin which really hurt.
Another unpleasant thing was that receptionist/manager lady was quite rude and told me off for talking too loud when I happily chatted with the manicurist - excuse me? Put a 'silence' sign if you have a problem with people talking. Perhaps the clinic is good for other treatments but nails is definitely not a very strong feature of this place. 🤷🏻♀️
