Asked specifically for my shoulders to be done as that’s where I had pain and tension. They hadn’t been touched, I asked how long was left, she said 8 minutes so I said ok please can you concentrate on my shoulders. This wasn’t enough time to alleviate my tension. I appreciate that a massage can’t always solve anything but it felt like she totally ignored what I said at the start until I reminded her and the outcome is not what I had hoped for.
