Last minute booking which might have exacerbated the issues the salon was having. Hot stone massage didn’t go well unfortunately - stones were too hot and I still have burn marks/blisters over a week later. Therapist did her best to rectify situation. Shame as I’d been to water lily before and my previous experience was much better.

Wax wasn’t hot and so had to wait 20 minutes for it to warm up.

Slightly disappointed as the therapist was quite rude / abrupt and the wax was definitely too hot and burnt me, despite me saying twice that it felt too hot - the therapist ignored me. She also missed a small area.
