Charissa was AMAZING. It was my first wax in 10 years and she made the experience so much easier than I’d expected. She has a positive aura and is so sweet ; it put me at ease despite being so nervous. The pain of the waxing only lasted a second and I came out hair-free with a smooth skin and a happy mood.
