Lack of attention to detail in the treatment, no explanation of the steps or what was being applied and why is was being applied. The lady would apply creams a d then wander of for 5 to 10 minutes with no explanation. The steam machine was not set up when I was there and was left on one area of my lower back for 10 minutes. My pain was squeezes to death and inevitably will scar which defeat the point of the treatment. A terrible all round experience.
