Tried the African rungu massage for the first time, and Charissa did the massage which was good,l liked the technique and she really got into those knots! Only noticeable thing is I was not asked to turn over onto my back and the hands were not done, so was on my belly the whole hour. I still came out feeling less heavier than when I went in. and of course Charissa was nice and welcoming as always. 👍
