I have had many treatments here before but the lady who did my wax and eyebrows this time made me feel very rushed.
She didn’t ask what I wanted and took nearly all my hair off.
She was abrupt and didn’t make me feel welcome or relaxed at all.
It’s disappointing as I’ve been to the salon before and has great treatment.
I think she needs some training on how to make clients feel at ease.
Giving a 3 because I’ve had good experiences before.
