This is my 3rd or 4th facial at Waterlily. Both of the therapists are excellent. The facial seems to mostly focus on extraction, so, if this is what you want, this is the place to come. After a really quick face wash, my face was steamed for 20 mins, then, the therapist came in and squeezed every pore on my face. Incredibly thorough, and, quite painful! My face is completely black and white head free... then, a quick rub and a sheet mask was applied. That was removed and a bit of moisturiser was rubbed in. If you are looking for unguents and a "treat" of lots of products, this isnt the place for you.
The therapist said that my face would be red after the treatment for a few days, but, I was ok, save for a few minor spots.
My only negatives would be, the facial didn't feel very luxurious. But, my face was really deeply cleaned, so, I was happy. And, one minor thing. I'm tall, and the therapist kept on bumping into my feet when coming in and out of the room. Its a small thing but, it made me feel uncomfortable and as though I was trespassing on her territory/as though I wasn't welcome. Probably just my own insecurities.
Overall, I would recommend for a thorough facial cleanse.
