This was my first visit to Waterlily. I found Charissa to be very welcoming. My treatment was excellent and she checked that I was comfortable throughout the treatment. Great customer service all round. I will definitely return and would recommend Charissa.

Charissa was really lovely and did a great job - though normally it is a painful experience getting a Hollywood she made it quick and painless (well almost !)
