The massage was quite hard and not relaxing, it was even painful at times.
I pointed out some areas of concern in my shoulder before the massage but these weren't really addressed.
This would be good for someone who likes a very firm, deep massage though - it just wasn't quite right for me and I had bruising and pain afterwards
