For over two years I have been a client & Charissa is one of the best skincare technicians I know.
I am disappointed by how much prices have been raised. I appreciate that coronavirus has made things difficult, but some clients are also experiencing their own financial difficulties. With ease of lockdown & bookings returning, I hope the spa is not taking advantage in the interim. Increase prices for PPE, yes, but I question the justification for how much they have been increased.

Metaxia is excellent. My first ever wax was almost pain free and she put me so at ease. Metaxia was funny, warm, honest, attentive, trustworthy and absolutely correct- it didn't hurt much and it was very quick! For someone who had never done wax before, she totally converted me and it was just what I needed. I wasn't sure about the salon from the outside, but it turned out to be lovely and the whole experience was great. Metaxia is a magician and I highly recommend her.
