I Had a really bad experience with charissa and one old lady, I presume the owner. My last treatment was changed due lock down rules. The app was changed to 8.00 Pm and on the email confirmation it was 8.15. On the phone they told me cannot come because I've passed my time. It was an automatic email they allegate. How is that my fault? They got so much attitude!! This all team have forgotten I've paid almost 400£ And they're arguing with me without shame. Honestly DON'T advise no one going there
