I always love going to Charissa! She's so lovely and chats to you while you're getting your treatment done, so there is absolutely no awkwardness and it feels like you're just chatting to a friend. She's speedy, but attentive and you can tell she cares about the finished product. If you're a first timer when it comes to waxing, definitely book with her!
